You might try Central Florida Trail Bladers ("140 web site members, 30 active skaters.   We are an inline recreational, fitness, speed, urban skate group"), based in Orlando:  http://groups.msn.com/cftbinlineskateclub

Then, 85 miles SW in Tampa Bay there are The Tampa Bay 
               Road Rollers:  http://www.skatetampa.com/

I've skated with the Tampa Bay group before, Tampa is a great place to skate, they are WAR-like and are very friendly.
