Requesting your consideration to sign the petition request below to
expand the Ft. Dupont Ice Arena by adding another rink.
This is a fabulous recreational asset....and 10 minutes away.
If you are not familiar, look at their website: http://www.fdia.org/Home.asp
It is a 'cool' place.
Thanks.

Fort Dupont Ice Arena is working with the National Park
Service to secure approval to expand the ice arena to include a second
sheet of ice. The Kids On Ice program is full to capacity and we must
expand the facility in order to serve more children. As part of this
process, we must demonstrate that the community supports this effort.
A strong show of support from folks who live or work in DC is critical
to our getting approval for this expansion and we are counting on you.
PLEASE SIGN OUR PETITION
You can sign a petition supporting the expansion. The petition is
electronic and will be available online until 3:00 pm on Monday, May
12th. We'll then print it out and take it to the meeting that night.
